• Are you capable of matching exact PMS colors?

  Yes, on silk screen and pad printing we can match PMS colors, but there is a PMS matching fee. We come extremely close every day without an extra charge. Digital printing is close to a PMS match on small detail, however, there might not be enough dots to hit a perfect match.

• How long will it take you to complete my order?

  Our standard turn-around time is under 10 working days, but it will vary by quantity and complexity of the project.

• How do I get an estimate from you?

  Please send an image of your product along with the logo or image of decoration to sales@parkea.us. Let us know the quantity and the process you are interested in and we will provide an estimated project cost.

• What is a proof, virtual or rendition?

  A proof is a PDF document featuring your logo or decoration virtually placed on the product with the correct color.  The proof allows you to see a virtual version of your product and an opportunity for you to review and be in agreement with the final product look.

• What types of Shipping Services do you provide?

  We can ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. We can bill you along with the product or we can use your UPS or FedEx number. In addition, we have the capabilities to drop ship to multiple locations.

• Will the colors on my computer monitor match what is printed?

  As there can be variation color differences between monitors, the colors as they appear on your monitor will probably not be the same color. If you are looking for a perfect color match, we rely on the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to match colors. If you have access to a PMS color book and can give us your color choice, we can get extremely close each time or match exactly for a fee.

• How do you handle licensed logos?

  ParKea does not have any university or corporate licenses. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the right to use the logo they are providing. ParKea reserves the right to confirm use of the logo if the address does not seem to match with a reasonable use for the license holder.

• What is your minimum?

  We will not do less than 1 piece, that is our strict floor. Our minimum dollar per order is typically $85.00 not including dies and setup. This applies to our most popular processes.

• What kind of packaging options do you offer?

  We have a small selection of versatile packaging options which can be used for different products. ParKea has additional sources who can custom make packaging in reasonable quantities.
